Refund for never ending issues on Sky Glass
How do I easiest get a refund on this useless TV and have someone from Sky come pick it up?

@Anonymous
Within the cooling off period you just insist on your right to cancel. After that you need to argue under consumer protection regulations that the product isn't as described / of adequate quality / fit for purpose and have Sky accept this argument.

Re: Refund for never ending issues on Sky Glass
Hi @Anonymous
You will need to speak to Sky. This is a customer helps customer community.
If you are in your first 31 days you can cancel completely. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv
If you are outside of this you will need to get Sky to agree. The best way is document your issue in a complaint:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint-t2
However if you care to post what your issue is we will do our best to assist. I have 2 Glass units and 4 pucks and they work nearly flawlessly for me and a lot less hassle than I had with Sky Q! So it is possible to have a good experience.

Thanks for giving me two of the same replies on what is clearly a rhetorical question.

Re: Refund for never ending issues on Sky Glass
@Anonymous The easiest way is to ring Sky and ask for it to be done. If you're in your cooling off period they will charge a £25 collection fee. Take video and photos before collection in case of damage disputes
