Issues wih new Sky glass and VIp wardse

I am not able to redeem a free movie via the Sky app and keep getting an error message saying my operating system is not supported. Only gad Glass for a few weeks and never had this issue before?

Hi @Hellena 

 

Just for clarity the sky app store app on your Glass? Rather than phone or other device? Try powering off the TV at the well for a few minutes and trying again. If these doesn't work for in to Settings > System Management> Apps and Updates > Refresh Apps. Note this isn't instant and can take a few hours to complete.

 

Failing that you will need to contact sky store: https://www.skystore.com/n/hcus/help/contact-us

Thank you for the reply. It's an issue with the VIP Rewards section of the Sky app. I've managed to get the movie in the app within the TV 👍
