Continue watching banner completely broken!
Hi everyone,
My "continue watching" banner is completely broken, watched programs won't disappear at all no matter how many times I fast forward through an already watched programs, Singing a series is also the same and stuck on an episode I watched days ago and no matter how many more episodes I watch it stayes stuck on the same old episode.
I've tried refreshing apps, rebooting the Puck, turning off " analytics " in my account and letting the banner disappear then re enabling it but nothing helps,.
Now despite " analytics" being re enabled the banner refuses to come back so going into my Playlist to watch the next episode/programs and that now doesn't register that something has been watched and resorts to playing the first episode of everything in a series no matter how many times I go back to a series.
Sky Stream really is getting beyond a joke with endless stupid niggles.

Hi @Yoghurt I can't say for sure but being a new issue I suspect it would not have filtered down to the Customer Services call centre yet. These things take time.

There is currently an issue and Sky have been made aware so hopefully will be resolved soon @r0adster

Re: Programmes Reappearing on the continue watching rail
What we could try meantime is removing series from playlist of programs and readd them again and see if it works

Re: Programmes Reappearing on the continue watching rail
This is the second week we have had this issue. i wonder if monday is the servers day for updates. i used to work for a communications company and i dreaded saturday morning after openreach had updated the networks on a friday night. Sky need to get this sorted because its a key function of skystream or you might just use a freely box.

Re: Programmes Reappearing on the continue watching rail
@Yoghurt I don't think there is anything we can do at our end as presumably the issue is with the Sky Servers. I have tried a few things and even watched a later episode to the one that has reappeared and it did nothing at all. I was hoping it would replace the one in my CW rail but unfortunately not.
