I keep getting the above notice. On every channel the programme plays for about 30 seconds before switching off again. I went online and tried all of the supposed corrections, but nothing is changing and I can't watch anything. Please advise.

Do you have a strong WiFi signal or Ethernet connection? G
Often unplugging the TV and powering back on clears this issue.
