Hi @AndrewA4 and welcome to the forum.  There was an issue with this about a week ago when many subscribers were affected (including me) but was fixed by Sky.  Have you tried rebooting your system?  If not give it a try by going to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It will take a couple of minutes and you will get a blank screen for a while until the Sky logo appears.

Not seeing any playlist errors Myself this morning like I and many of us had last week.

As above,

Try a settings restart and see if that helps.

Hi @Michael1982  I noticed the same earlier this evening.  Many of the programmes that have reappeared also have the blue progress bar showing that they have been fully watched.  I rebooted my puck to see if it made any difference but the programmes are still there but some of the progress bars have disappeared.

I have also selected a couple of the programmes and run them through to the end but they still remain.

It's not particularly bothering me and I will see what the situation is in the morning.  The issue is obviously at Sky's end and will probably resolve itself in due course..  There have been a number of CW (and playlist) issues over the last couple of weeks.

Playlist disappeared

We have been having issues with our playlist! Last week we had an issue where our playlist completely disappeared, it wasn't showing anything we had added, or only 3/4 shows. Then randomly they would all show again, then when checked again they would have gone again. Tried everything unplugging our stream pick, resetting WiFi nothing seemed to work. Then eventually it all came back on. We had no issues for 3 days, worked perfectly fine but now it's happened again, most of our playlist has gone again. Is anyone having the same issues?

Re: Programmes Reappearing on the continue watching rail

Same issue has appeared on my TV as well! it has suddenly shown programs from UTV, Disney, Discovery, Hbo, all with full blue bars mean I technically already watched the programs. also new episodes of Emmerdale and Chloe have not appeared today because it's stuck on that one which re-appeared.

it's about time they actually started trying to improve the CW Rail, instead of getting daily bug reports from users but then saying it's not a priority of theirs!

Re: Programmes Reappearing on the continue watching rail

Same problem here, yesterday morning all programmes vanished and this morning showing programmes from a while ago with solid bue lines showing they had been watched;. Such a shame that SKY seem to put the problems with the continue watching on the back burmer as this spoils what, I feel, is a very good product

Re: Programmes Reappearing on the continue watching rail

Exactly any it gets to a point where it's just completely frustrating. the problem always seems to be third-party apps. at this point, I wouldn't mind if they only showed sky channels in the CW Rail, until they can fix the bloody thing

Continue watching

No programmes disappearing from list. Even though I have watched them. Even films from months ago have appeared back on list
