Paramount not active

Unable to activate paramount as paramount say sky account not active but sky says it is despite being included in subscription. Keep having an error message

Hi @Tig121 

 

Have you followed the instructions here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-get-paramount-plus and activated it in MySky?

 

If you have an active subscription in my sky. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-signing-up-paramount-plus

 

If that doesn't work you will need to post the actual error you are getting.

Unfortunately having spoken to paramount it's an issue between sky and paramount one says it's active the other says it doesn't exist now I stuck between the two of them bouncing back and forth. Sky referred to paramount and paramount are saying its sky

I've been having exactly the same problem for 2 weeks now...been on the phone to Sky and paramount multiple times with neither of them having any idea how to solve the problem
