Paramount + keeps saying oops

I keep trying to activate my paramount + but it keeps coming up oops there's an error we working on it but this is 3 days now

Yes, I recently upgraded my account and got a Glass TV. I now can't get Paramount+ to register on the Glass. It keeps coming up with an error message and also on the laptop. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi @Nicky97  and @haggismcnab 

The Oops error message often indicates that you are not signed into your MySky account at www.sky.com.  

 

Also, if you moved from Sky Q or any other Sky product to Stream as if so all your Marketplace subscriptions are cancelled so you have to re-register (see the THIS link)

Hi there, Thanks for the response. I've tried this and when I click on 'Sky Shop' I get this error message. Any ideas why? Thanks Cthumbnail_IMG_6994.jpg

Hi again @haggismcnab  There was a similar thread started in October last year and is still running which relates to the same error message (MYSKY_1018) but for subscribers trying to access Discovery +.

Have a look to see if it offers any help but if not I think you will need to call Sky for additional troubleshooting.

If you call them, when you get to the automated chatbot just stay quiet and it will then put you through to the customer service team.

Thanks very much. Yes, I can't get into Sky Store, so it's a bigger problem than the Paramount+ issue. I'll call the helpline. Great help, Thanks again.
