Not Happy With Sky Glass

I have had sky glass since 2022 and up until a few months ago everything was working fine with it. 
 There have been numerous issues that ruin my TV viewing and for the amount I pay for subscription, Sky should be doing better. 

I've had lots of issues with continue watching. 
 Prime shows not appearing on continue watching and Disney not showing. 

the past week the homepage search icon goes blank so you cannot see the info when searching for shows on the home page. 
 This evening I've had to restart the TV 3 times in the past 5hrs to get it working. 

The other month Paramout wasn't working ,which I have managed to get sorted. 


Everyday the TV guide menu has blank channels. 

 I have over 300mb WiFi speed and this shouldn't be an issue..

 

Sky needs to really step up and get these issues sorted. 
 Sky Glass has been in service for 5 years and these issues shouldn't continue to happen.
