No internet on my sky glass

I was watching Netflix on my sky glass tv and then it just went to an error. Now I have e no service to watch anything. I've tried switching off at the mains, resetting and checking status and nothing is working. On my router there should be 4 green lights (1-4 left to right)

1- green

2-no light at all

3-green

4- orange. 
im not happy as this has happened before and I've already had an engineer out and he has advices that I get a new tv and none of the hdmi sockets work either. I feel that I should recieve some compensation for this as why should I pay for a service that I'm not receiving.

If the internet connection has failed then Sky Glass won't work.

Automatic compensation applies to broadband, not subscription television.
