@Praful123 Have you tried a power cycle (turn off at mains for 5 minutes then restart)

@Praful123 BBC seems to be working as I am watching the lunchtime news at the moment. Try rebooting your Glass TV by Switching it off at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again. It will take about a minute to reboot.

This will often resolve glitches in the system.
