No connection

1 have sky glass, and no connection since yesterday evening around 10.15pm, it is still not working

@Rosemarie3  Have you unplugged the TV for a few minutes?   Do other devices connect to your broadband router?

 

Are you connecting over wifi, are you able to try ethernet if your broadband service is running ok.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have disconnected the broadband from the socket and still not working
