That's a netflix code. They will be emailing it to the incorrect email address. You can ask sky to unlink the netflix account as per the information here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/confirm-netflix-household
Can’t remember the email address of the Netflix account wrongly linked?
If you’re still signed in to the account on your Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream, open Netflix and go to Get Help. You should be able to see the email address there.
Or if you’re still signed in on a mobile device or laptop, go to Account, then Security and you should see the email address.
Can't find the email address? Contact us at the bottom and we can un-link the account for you. This can take up to three days.
