Sky glass went off with a message stating no Internet connection. Went through step by step and reset my Internet connection but my remote isn't working properly, having to press more than once and voice control no longer working (pressing 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds is not working) and I don't have a picture on my screen just subtitles on a black screen. It keeps replaying the same thing over and over. Tried changing channel but still experiencing the same.
