NFL Games

I have been catching up on the NFL games over the last 3 weeks, watching one yesterday from Thanksgiving.  The latest games (around 8 of them since Thanksgiving) were all showing in the Playlist fine to play.  But today there are NO NFL games in my playlist apart from future games.  Not even the one's I have already watched.  Are they showing for anyone else or Is there an issue with streaming them today and will they magically reappear I wonder?  I have rebooted the Glass TV several times and tried a refresh.  Also they have gone from my Puck too.

 

I definitely have not clicked on Remove from Playlist as if i go to the next game it is showing as Already added.

Hi @ashley+brown 

 

I can only see the upcoming games. It could be a rights issue that they are only allowed to have them on catch up for a certain period. The best course of action would be to email sky's viewer relations team who can feedback: viewerr@sky.uk is their email address.

Thanks, i have been watching the games for several years on Glass and they usually stay around for quite some time....some of these games are from Monday and i always watch them weeks behind their original date.  So it does look very odd to me that no games are there.  Yesterday I could go back to the first game of the season in September...but nothing today.

 

I will email customer relations though, but last time was not very successful and took weeks to reply.

 

Hence wondering if anyone else has seen the same issue...
