What does £45 installation include?
We paid £45 for sky glass to be installed and we were told when we placed the order to be installed on the wall using wall mount?
they delivered the sky glass handed it over and walked away saying they don't install.
what was the £45 for?!? Anyone else had this?
can't find anywhere to work out how to complain or query it. After spending 2.5 hours on the phone and not getting what we were sold in loathe to ring again

I'm afraid you've been mis-sold the 'installation'.
The £45 you paid was for Premium Delivery which, according to the Sky Glass order page only includes the following:
Premium Delivery - £45
- Choose a morning or afternoon slot
- We’ll deliver your items the next day
- We’ll deliver to the room of your choice, including unboxing
- We’ll remove all packaging from your home
If the delivery people did not unbox and remove packaging then they have not fulfilled the service you paid for.
You can lodge a formal complaint via one of these methods:

All the information on delivery is in the help article below, including the 1-2 day premium delivery option of £45.
Setup and wall mounting is not included
If you have any complaints on your delivery, you need to contact AIT using the link described under 'Unhappy with your delivery service'

They guy actually told us to get particular screws so they could install it on the wall!!! They didn't unpack it, or take away any packaging.
I wouldn't have paid for premium as it's not being connected for another 10 days.
how do I query it ?

You need to speak to Sky and inform them that they gave you false information when you ordered and complain to the delivery company here:
