MySky_1800 error code

Hello! I tried calling a Sky Helpline but got absolutely nowhere and they were so unhelpful. I keep getting the MySky_1800 error code when trying to watch Sky One and a few other Sky Channels that are included in my package. I've reset my TV twice and it hasn't worked.

Please can someone help me?
