Menu screen

When I go to the menu screen the box that displays the image of what you you have scrolled to is blank no image, it has the border around it so you can see it move but what ever it goes on is blank. I can reset the TV this has happened just this year and on Gen1 and now my gen 2 air. It does not happen on my two TV upstairs on pucks. This is the second air I have had as I contacted sky for help but no joy even with replacement TV.

I have been chatting to arcadeavenger but I can not for the life of me find chat again to continue our chat. Help please.
