Lip sync issues on Disney/cinema

Since last night I've noticed sound out of sync on Disney/cinema , all other movie channels are fine. Sounds out of sync and I've tried resetting , unplugging etc to no avail

Can you explain a bit more.

Is this  on the Sky Cinema channels on 301-311

Plus the Disney+ cinema channel on 305.

Is it a specific movie or all/multiple movies.

It's only happening on Disney/cinema 305 all other are fine

Yes the 305 Disney + cinema channels,is out of sync on my Sky Stream.

They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems.

Its back in sync for me.
