Please wait for your programme to load. Been like this for 2 weeks. I've restarted everything. Back to factory set etc . And unplugged all times. Won't let me watch anything

@Jporch316 I haven't had a replacement set for this issue. My first Gen Two set was exchanged due to a panel fault. The second one was fine until I got the last update then the black screen of doom appeared. I know it's not a TV fault so asking Sky to replace this set would be a waste of time and resources.

@wsimm We know it isn't an internet issue. That much we do know for sure. You'd lose both picture and sound but it's just the picture going - the sound's still there. Not a problem if you enjoy audiobooks but TV's are visual mediums! (Said with tongue in cheek - not insulting anyone other than those at Sky who automatically blame the internet!)

Re: Last few days, technical fault with channel, disney plus etc works.
I've been on the latest upgrade for a while now, QS036, and if anything it's gotten worse. The last day I haven't had the issues, but the last two weeks ii's been more than once a day I've had to restart the TV, some days 4-5 times, and at least twice a week I've needed to do a complete factory reset.

@peter-marlow+1966 That's great news for you, of course. but many of us are having big problems. My WiFi is fast and stable, and I've had no problems whatsoever with Glass/ pucks for 4 years. But now I do. My environment hasn't changed. It's interesting that it doesn't affect all Glass TVs, and the answer should lie in a thorough investigation of that variance. It isn't WiFi related.

I agree, I don't believe it's WiFi related either however these types of issues are very very difficult to diagnose.

Not you .... there was at least one other poster on here (I'm not going to trawl through 20 pages!) who stated they complained and had a replacement glass delivered which had exactly the same issues the next day.

Yep thats me (the original poster)
same issue with new glass tv (gen 1). I used my sky protect insurance as it was over 2 years old and sky didnt want to help, just charge £600+ to replace it.
and yes same, if not worse issues.

Re: Last few days, technical fault with channel, disney plus etc works.
The only other times I can remember an issue similar to this affecting only a few users was an issue with users probably 18 months ago who were using 3 mobile internet to connect glass / stream and an issue about 6 months ago with users on hyper optic insternet. Both times there was a temp fix by changing the dns in the router settings to googles dns .
im not saying that s the issue here but there are previous examples where only a small number of users are affected.

Re: Last few days, technical fault with channel, disney plus etc works.
@Jporch316 What's the evidence that it's only affecting a few users? My understanding was that it's a widespread issue.
