Hi @angiegarrett69 I imagine you have already tried rebooting your router but if not unplug it for a couple of minutes and when you plug it in again it will reboot (it will take a few minutes).
Also, your could clear the cache of the ITVX app as follows: open the app & enter 0 0 0 0 7 7 7
This clears the cache and may resolve issues with the ITVX app. After entering the code the App should respond by saying “The storage has been cleared”. Select OK and the App will reset and display the privacy & cookies information. Select continue and then log back into the app if asked to do so.
Note - there is no where specific to enter the code just type it into your remote when you have the ITVX homepage open.
