Gen2 turning off

For the past 2 weeks my Gen2 keeps turning off and then needs to be hard reset to get back on. For the past two days this has now started to happen every few hours. Sensors are turned off.

Hi @J_swain_21 you may have a faulty set so I have escalated your post to Sky. Keep an eye out for a blue chat bubble.
