Itv keeps pixelating

It's when I'm watching live TV not catch up and I have done everything you have suggested including a full factory reset of my glass tv.

I think it's both!!

I have started using the live feed on the stv app on Sky glass 

Seems to work much better

Hope it sorts its self out

im in the KY16 area of Fife

not sure if it's a local thing. Or a wider area?

A suggestion.... that admittedly does not address the issue with ITV  Glass pixelation.... buy a cheap Roku or Firestick as a backup/ redundancy and use in a spare HDMI port. 

At worst, you should be able to determine if it is a Glass and/ or an ITV issue.

We are the same only itv  keeps pixelating and random substitutes popping up  on both  watching live and playback too constantly our other normal tv  is working fine  without sky glass on itv

Mine too on sky glass in Orkney. Same as everyone saying, pixelation subtitles randomly come on programme freezes it's unwatchable and only stv

Me too! Have reset turned off at wall reset router but only stv not any other channels so to me it can't be my tv or WiFi must be a Sky problem

Surely the solution is for Sky to fix the problem 

after all we all pay more than enough

Hi, Thanks for your reply, but unfortunately this is STV Live, not player. This has been happening for a few days. Have refreshed apps and still happening and TV has been restarted, turned off each time.
