Horrible
As a long-term customer, I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with Sky’s service quality and value. Despite my transition from the standard Sky box to Sky Q, the combination of rising subscription costs and diminished feature sets has been disappointing. Furthermore, the performance of your broadband service has been consistently unreliable, with frequent outages impacting my ability to work from home, particularly on weekends. My experience with the Sky Glass unit has been equally substandard, as its dependency on a stable internet connection restricts access to basic television programming. Given the high cost of these services relative to their poor performance, I find the overall experience unsatisfactory and am unable to recommend your company.
