My sky glass TV (which I paid off last month) wasn't working yesterday morning said there was no internet connection on the home screen however in networks there was an excellent connection and all other devices in the house working perfectly well. Call sky they made we to a connection reset, then a factory reset and then a forced software update. My tv is now stuck on a loop doing this update. I called sky back to make them aware they said it very unusual and the only thing really is to buy a new TV. Does anyone know how I might be able to solve this loop issue and force something manually on the tv?
