Help - setting up sky glass
I ordered sky glass - I received a small square black box which came with a remote. I also received sky glass next gen 2.
sky glass won't work without the small black box connected to it- is this correct? The instructions were a QR code on a brown cardboard box which won't scan.
also I now have two remotes. Is one spare?
The qr code on a brown background is a bad idea. Neither Samsung nor Apple phone would scan it.
is the all glass tv supposed to stay connected to this small black box or should I disconnect?
thank you if anyone knows.

Re: Help - setting up sky glass
Did you order Whole Home too? The small black box sounds as if it is a Puck for streaming and is in addition to the Glass TV.
Set up the TV power it on and follow the on screen instructions. If you do have a puck then the set up is very similar after connecting it to an additional TV but not the Glass
This is a Puck

The stream puck (small black box) is intended to be used on another non Sky Glass TV The instructions were a QR code on a brown cardboard box which won't scan. Simply follow the onscreen setup guide, do not connect the puck to the Glass TV.
also I now have two remotes. Is one spare? No, you need one for the TV & one for the puck when it's connected to a nion Glass TV
