Glitching BBC and ITV

I have set up my Sky Stream, and all channels/ apps work except for BBC and ITV channels. They are glitching and freezing. Internet connection is fine and I can watch Netflix. Any ideas please?

Run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app. This is the only way to discover the actual speed being received by your puck. What speed is reported?

The speed is 147.86Mbps on Netflix.
Why is it only BBC and ITV though? This seems to be a common issue.
