Glass Gen 1

Sky Glass Gen 1 has been glitching for over 4 weeks, I have performed all the recommended resets and software updates etc.

I have contacted Sky Cust Services but no reply as yet.

Any suggestions, TV is less than 24 months old.

Try unplugging the tv for a few minutes and your hub at the same time. If it is still doing after that i would give sky a call

Re: Glass Gen 1

The screen freezes with multicoloured  pixels, but I still have sound. When it all goes normal I then have subtitles showing.

Re: Glass Gen 1

Thanks for the advice, I have tried both of those suggestions.

Read to Lob the TV on the street. Wouldn't recommend Glass to anyone.

1st thing in the morning the phone will be red hot.

Thanks again.

Then it's still under warranty.
