Problem with the picture quilty on my tv screen

I now have a 4 inch wide grey band running vertically from the top right hand corner of my skyglass TV all the way to the bottom of the screen and its spoiling the quilty of the picture

Hi @Keith-1962. I had something similar on a Glass TV a couple of years  ago, in my case it was a 2 inch wide vertical line on the right side of the screen. A normal reboot didn't help so I left the TV unplugged overnight and the line disappeared and luckily in my case it never came back.

Give it a try but if it doesn't resolve the issue or if it keeps coming back you should call Sky for additional troubleshooting and if necessary a replacement Glass TV (assuming it is still within its 24 month warranty).
