@Jue72  There is no exchange/upgrade route with Sky Glass, you are free to either keep it as a 2nd set (would need Whole Home for up to 3 TV's & 6 Pucks) .

You can sell it however Gen 1 setss won;t sell for much, you also need to ensure you rfactory eset the TV before selling it https://www.sky.com/help/articles/buying-sky-glass-second-hand

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It's been yours from the start: monthly repayments are to reduce the balance of the unsecured personal loan used to purchase it.

The 'Swap' trade-in scheme for Sky Glass (based on the well-established one for Sky Mobile) which was announced at the Glass launch event back in October 2021 never actually happened.

@Yoghurt

I'd suggest there's no chance of that: the logistics are challenging enough for Sky Mobile (including regular posts in the Mobile forum about many weeks waiting for valuation)

Realistically they really don't want a warehouse full of part-used television sets with negligible value: given the sheer difficulty of moving Glass sets around it always seemed a rather odd thing to propose in the first place.

Re: Exchange

@TimmyBGood They obviously can't give them away fast enough as there's always one to win each month on sky vip 😂 so obviously nobody wants one to buy
