Sky Glass Air lip sync issues
Has any one had lip syncing issue with their Sky Glass Air, as it's not just the apps like Netflix, Prime, Disney, Apple that are doing it but itv is doing it as well,
there is bad lip sync and to correct it I have to switch off/on but it only lasts for roughly an he and the bad lip syncing is there again, and considering I've only had the TV from Sky under 2 months it's rediculous, my broadband is great no issues there

Lip syncing 65”sky glass air
I reported my issue 4 times yet Sky has ignored me and I cannot get through to them, the bad lip syncing on this tv is rediculous, I cannot come out of the station or app and it sorts it only for a few minutes then it's starts that out sync again, tried all measures recommended online but still it's there and I've had this tv only 2/3 months and I'm done with it, have I the right to cancel my Sky subscription and hand this crappy tv bck to them and get a refund

Re: Lip syncing 65”sky glass air
If you have your issues well documented with Sky and even better email correspondence then you can argue that the TV is not fit for purpose and therefore wish to return it and close your contract. It may well be a battle but it can be done. When Glass first came out I was 6 months in and did exactly that as the TV was dire.
If as your post may suggest you've had issues but not actually communicated them with Sky for a resolution then you are already on the back foot it won't be so easy.

Re: Lip syncing 65”sky glass air
I have spoke to Sky eventually and they are blaming it on the wire set up as they say their wireless tv is better wth a Ethernet cable so I did this and it's still the same, it's still has the same lip sync issues so I've wrote a complaint to Sky again as instructed by consumer rights and I'm entitled by Scottish law to freeze the billing until matters are corrected
