Re: E engineer
@Cat5baby Sky do not provide Engineer Install as the TV is delivered by a 3rd party company AIT, you'll be emailed a link when delivery is booked and there may be options to add extras such as installation, it will be an additional cost.
43" Glass TV & Puck Whole Home
Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.

If it's available at all from the 'delivery partner' in that geographical area.

Important to note that historically the Sky satellite television platforms had installation because customers couldn't really be expected to put their own dish and associated cabling in place: that's not the case for streaming hardware.
'Premium' delivery for Glass includes carrying the unit to the desired room, unboxing and lifting it onto its furniture stand, but not wall mounting or network setup. If you are an existing Sky 'VIP' of long-enough standing then the Premium service might have no additional cost.

There are no engineers for Sky Glass or Sky Stream. The Glass TV is delivered by Sky's delivery partner and as its TV you literally plug it in and follow the on-screen steps.

Re: E engineer
If you check your purchase email from Sky and follow the links to track your delivery there are options to upgrade your delivery for installation at a cost where available.
However, the Glass TV is basically a plug and play so just follow the on screen instructions logically.
That said, what size tv have you ordered and is it Air or Gen 2? Fitting the stand is very easy the tv just slides on and a 43" Air is a one man job a 55 or 65 is best with 2 people. The Gen 2 is more cumbersome and heavy so best 2 people to prevent any damage.
