E engineer

I have ordered a Sky glass but didn't get option to book engineer to install. How do I do that? I've been right through Sky and cannot find anything cannot get through to talk to anyone either anyone got any suggestions?

@Cat5baby  Sky do not provide Engineer Install as the TV is delivered by a 3rd party company AIT,  you'll be emailed a link when delivery is booked and there may be options to add extras such as installation, it will be an additional cost.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If it's available at all from the 'delivery partner' in that geographical area.

Important to note that historically the Sky satellite television platforms had installation because customers couldn't really be expected to put their own dish and associated cabling in place: that's not the case for streaming hardware.

 

'Premium' delivery for Glass includes carrying the unit to the desired room, unboxing and lifting it onto its furniture stand, but not wall mounting or network setup.  If you are an existing Sky 'VIP' of long-enough standing then the Premium service might have no additional cost.
