Disney +error code 83

Updated sky glass as instructed, unpluto the wall for 10 minutes as instructed. I can watch disney+ on my phone and tablet just not on my sky glass TV. Can anyone help please? 🤔

Hi @XrayLou 

 

Try unpluging you glass, and reboot your router and ONT (white box your router is plugged into if on full fibre). And then power back on your glass. If it still doesn't work try going: Settings > system management> resets & updates > Refresh apps.

If that doesn't work please provide some more information such as Glass TV version and ISP and we can escalate your post to sky.

Unplugged etc and done the settings reset no joy Can still watch disney on phone/tablet but not on TV. Now got error code 42 which apparently means they can't connect to my Internet. It's running fine at the expected speed so I don't know what's up!
