Thanks for you me reply. I'll give the app another try after 24hrs, but as you said a factory reset should have forced a refresh.
I can access Disney plus through my fire stick in another room and have no problems with my Internet speed with a not other device or line streaming any other channel on Sky.
If I can't sort this by the end of the day I'll give Sky a call (if I can actually get through to a human!!) and see if they can help or if they will send me out another puck (my account says I own the equipment... I think this was part of the deal when I initially signed up. )

@Kellymarie6262 something to bear in ming is that just because everything is working fine on other devices in your house, doesn't actaully mean the same will apply on Sky Stream. This works in a difference way to most devices, as nothing is stored locally and everything is run from Sky's own servers which means its requires a constant connection to the internet. Typically any small wifi dropouts, will cause issues with Sky Stream, which won't happen on most other devices like smart phones, tablets, streaming sticks.
If you are using Wifi, a simple test to see if this is cause, you can switch over to using an ethernet cable, and also disable the wifi within the puck's network settings. Its usually best as well once disabling the Wifi to give the puck a little reboot by unplugging it for a minute. This wil ensure it picks up that the Wifi has been disabled and thus is will then use the ethernet cable as the connection source.

I have no issues with any of the other streaming services through my Sky puck and have also tried disconnecting the puck from the mains several times. I have now also tried the use of an Ethernet cable and I am still encountering the same issue.

Have you logged in previously on Disney on your puck ?
Gen 1 and Gen 2 Sky Glass & 3 Stream Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Three sky mobile sims.

Issue with accessing Disney+ via sky but can on ipad
I get error code 1026 when I log into Disney plus via sky on tv but can access via my iPad.
Any ideas how to correct, was working fine last night. Had internet issues today via sky when router had orange lights and signal dropped during work call !!!! Seemed to set back to all green lights within 5 minutes but Disney stopped working after that.
any suggestions ?

@Nicola006 Have you tried restarting your Stream Puck through settings?
To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device (do not do a factory reset). It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t worry when this happens as you start the process.

Disney plus not working error message 1026
Hello since the weekend we have had an issue with our Disney Plus
We were watching it then is went off now it will not log in says error 1026
This happens on the APP through Sky Q and 2 smart TVS a Samsung and a Hiscence
We have spoken to Disney Plus on two occassions and have gone through the various checks
- Restarting App
-Refreshing Apps
They have checked our IP address and they have now said that the issue could be due to having IV 6 Active and this is blocking access.
Not sure why this is just happening although we did update our hub about a month ago
I have attached the confirmation of the conversations with Disney plus would somebody be able to advise what we need to do

I have the same issue when stream box is connected to Sky Broadband. Connecting box to mobile phones mobile data solves the problem. Not ideal, but it works.

What is your issue? Are you seeing an error message? What have you tried to resolve?
