Tv connection

I cannot get my sky glass working with Internet every time I put my password in it says something went wrong please try again

@Mb210863 try restarting both your Glass and your broadband router, by switching both off at the plug. Switch your router back on after,a minute and wait,until you have Internet access on your other devices before turning your Glass back, on.

I'm sure you know all about router passwords but double check the password on the rear of your router there are generally 3 or so series of numbers and letters so be sure to select the correct one. Enter exactly as printed and case sensitive. Hope it works.
