Discoveryplus

I have been unable to get sky discoveryplus since October2025 it keep saying i am loged in a my tv will automaticley catch up but it never does i am so feed up with this problem i seen to have spent all my life since October on the phone or the net with sky or discoveryplus but to no avail

Can you sign in to it on another device? And does that work? Do any of the scenarios here apply? https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-activating-discovery-plus

 

I.e. is it all activated and linked and shows as active in that link?
