Keep getting a message below
Can anyone sort this out for me? This Sky Glass installation for my mother has been cancelled twice due to this and I am NOT spending another 90 minutes on the phone

You'll need to give Sky another call I'm afraid. Or pay for the Glass TV in full rather than on credit.
