Create new pin at setup stuck

Yesterday I switched my Sky Glass TV off at the wall and when I went to turn it back on the TV wouldn't switch on. Completes a resrt and the TV came on, went through the set up process and when I got to create a new pin it freezes once I've entered the new pin. Called last night and didnt get very far.

Hi @Gingee whilst this never happened to me I have read on a number of posts that switching the Glass TV off and starting the process again usually bypasses the PIN problem.  It's certainly worth trying.

Create your new pin then press the voice button on the TV. Then enter the new pin you just set up. Worked for me

I've got exactly the same at the moment! Got to the new pin section, put a new pin in and confirmed it and nothing happens!

God knows what to do!?
