Re: Continue Watching Rail Issues

I still have 2 finished programs appearing on CW which I finished over 2 weeks ago. what sky don't seem to realise I refuse to pay for a sky puck for the bedroom because of this continue watching rail issue. I would happily pay to watch sky in the bedroom otherwise.

Re: Continue Watching Rail Issues

The CW issue is actually driving me mad.....

It's the worst it's ever been.  It's now at a point it's showing stuff I've finished weeks ago

I can't tell you how times I've forwarded programmes to the end only to find it's still there. It's even showing the penultimate episode when I've finished the series.

All the while the shows are no longer on the CW in the original app.

I've even logged out of the apps and logged back in to force a refresh/ refreshed the apps, all to no avail.

**bleep** is going on?

I've got stuff stuck on the rail from BBC iPlayer and Prime which now has 3 stuck, I'm scared to watch Prime now for this reason.

Come on Sky sort it out , this has gone on long enough. I spend a fortune each month on your service which doesn't even work.

Any sky staff actually going to reassure us that it's being looked into or is this where we're at now everybody comes here to complain and you've got no interest in actually fixing it or even we're playing it to anyone's issues regarding it anymore

Re: Continue Watching Rail Issues

Flogging a dead horse, this topic has been discussed for 5 years with no Sky response as to why or if anything will change.  Your best option is turn the feature off, live with it or move over to something like Apple TV that has not a flawless but exceptionally good tracking system that is easily maintained.

Re: Continue Watching Rail Issues

I really hoped the 2.0 OS update would introduce the feature to directly delete on the Continue Watching rail. I'm hoping that with the feedback gathered so far that there is still time to add it before it gets rolled out to the population at large.

It's an issue that we've cried out to be addressed so many times. It's a chance missed if it doesn't happen.

Re: Continue Watching Rail Issues

When something is on and I press onto watch from start I keep getting an error saying unable to start playback please try later, this has been happening since the update. I have to wait for the programme to finish then go on it before it works.

Re: Continue Watching Rail Issues

I really thought with this update they would fix all the issues but seems all they have done is make it look better rather than run smoother. They had a chance to really show they care about there customers but they have let us all down. I pay over £100 per month and if I could get out my contract without being charged I would do it at the drop of a hat.
