Re: Confused
@Jehu I doubt you were sent a Sky Q box. More likely a Sky Stream Puck. You wouldn't connect the Puck to your Glass TV - the Glass TV does everything a Puck does, by itself. It doesn't require any other Sky box connected to it.
You would connect the Puck to a standard TV, for example in another room.

Do you know what you ordered? Are you aware how much you're paying for it?
A Sky Glass TV does not need any other box attached to it - it just needs to be connected to your broadband either via WiFi or Ethernet cable.
The additional Sky Stream puck is for attaching to any other regular TV you might have in another room of your house if you want to watch Sky programmes on it. You will be paying extra every month for this - it's called the Whole Home subscription and is normally around £15pm extra, on top of whatever channel subscription package you have subscribed to, and the cost of the loan agreement for paying for the TV itself (if you didn't pay for it outright.)
If you don't want Sky on another TV in your home then you can cancel Whole Home and return the puck to Sky, saving you the monthly cost of that subscription.
