“Checking your status”
Ok, I think this could be my fault but posting just in case!
I was gifted a sky glass tv and signed up today for sky services. But I'm stuck on this message! Have tried the trouble shooting but still the same!
Im thinking my services aren't active yet, hence my fault, but just want to be sure!

Done all that. Even connected it via Ethernet and still the same.

You may need to call sky. Has the person who gifted you the glass had it removed from their account?
