Channel List on Glass - full list

@Doc5907 I like to know in case someday I decide I want Sky Glass. Also it's good to know in order to help others if possible.

Where did that channel list come from? 

The official Sky Channel list (albeit without numbers) is here

and will be updated when anything changes. 

As for channel numbers, I'd be amazed if they weren't the same as satellite, which this recently posted list aren't.

That list is not the same as Sky Q. It's missing a lot of channels.

Here is the list of channels not currently available on Sky Glass.

Thank you for this. Sadly makes it a non starter for me - the Mrs watches a lot of the international urdu channels and I'm not ready to have that argument!

Wonder why that is the case though?

It could be that these missing channels do not want to be on Sky Glass or they have not yet made a deal with them. I cannot say for sure and I don't think anyone knows why except Sky staff invloved with Sky Glass.

But there will be B B C I player app which will allow you to set what region of country you are in and if you wanted to watch news from another region just change it.thats what I do

Nobody said it was the same as Sky Q. It's the official channel list for Sky Glass, and as such, the only relevant list.

@GD1  Thank you very much. Sky Glass does get more channels in HD then Sky Q.

What is broadcast on the UHD channels?

They're the same UHD channels as Q, so no surprise it's the same content.

What would be the benefit of having UHD movies on Glass channels when they can all be streamed anyway?

Good question. They're replicating the existing channels from satellite.

I can imagine the number of 'channels' reducing over time as people use on demand more.
