Can’t get online to pay bills yet again
Cannot get on Sky glass to make payment or on my mobile. This has been an ongoing issue. For 8 weeks. I am fed up with making phone calls only to be lied to push from Pillar to post spending over three hours online causing mental issues to my disabled sister. I am so fed up. I have decided to contact the papers to tell my story as I have asked on numerous occasions for a manager to contact me lied to never own contacted your Services are absolutely abominable once my sisters contract ends I will be looking elsewhere as you do 0 to help the disabled

You are not talking to sky this is a customer helps customer community.
The service seems available to me: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/make-a-payment
However the best way is to pay by DD.
However if you feel sky are not providing the service you expectz the best course of action is to make a complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
Rather than making threats online.
