I had this issue yesterday, nobody responded!
I tried all the usually things like restart, power off from the wall, reboot the router etc. but nothing.....
It started at 20:00 ish last night and after faffing about for an hour I just left it. This morning when I powered up The TV the channels were back.
Sadly it's another failure of the system that needs a fix.
