Tv keeps freezing and black screen

I have to restart mine through the settings. I feel an idiot for purchasing this stupid TV

Too add, Netfilx has gone off. I can hear  sound but it's just a black screen and I can access the menu but that's it. I can't watch any programs because every day it's a black screen. I paid/ Will pay over £900 for this sh*t TV that's unusable. I hope a class lawsuit starts.

I seriously doubt that is ever going to happen. Customers have consumer rights.... I'd suggest you explore the avenues that are open to you.

For customers who are in the 31 day return period of receiving their new Glass... they should consider whether paying the £25 return fee is their best option. 

As I alway say, there are Glass customers who are very happy and have few issues with their TVs, but ultimately it is your experience and Glass that counts.

The tv screen goes blank for a few seconds mid program

I've tried to watch multiple things on the tv on different channels and apps but it's all the same just blank screen with sound but just no picture

Has anyone had any success with the screen going dark but sound still ok? Ive had the problem for about 3 weeks and its got progressively worse!i initially rung Sky and did all he said to try to no avail....im reluctant to do a factory reset as no one else has said that works...its definitely the tv as the one with the puck works fine...ive tried swapping the places of the tvs..moving the glass into the room with the router but still the same...still tied in for a year and tv till 2029 otherwise i would go back to Sky Q wher i had very little problems.

You can still request a switch back to Sky Q as long as you start a new 24 month contract. You need to call Sky to do so.

That's correct, the Glass belonged to you from the moment it was delivered as well as the personal loan used to purchase it over 4 years. 

You will have to complain to sky to get this one resolved one way or another.

The tv works to the point of putting something on when i select anything I can hear it but the picture is blank

I'm sick of the screen going black half way through programmes and now the screen is squished together and wrong size format.  

I also lost my who tv playlist. 

Are they fixing these issues?

When watching tv the screen will go black for a few seconds and then return to programme.

this is happening  very often

norational as to any channel or programme as it happens randomly

We have had issues past few days (were are in North Yorkshire) with Apps not loading, telly just freezing, losing internet connection (but the internet is not down). Yes, I know the fixes (had Glass since first it came out (5+years - more?) so did all the take plug out stuff then did an app refresh (Prime wasn't loading in particular) but did  the freeze again next day and then again today (this afternoon). This failure to load has never lasted for this long before - yes it works a wee while but then after a switch off (and telly has wee rest) it goes nuts again!  IT can also freeze during viewing. Again, A more recent occurence.    Whats  going on @Sky

What is going on here (I have SKY Glass 55" and have been is since the start and SKY customer like forever (1990s) - so why so many unread messages on the thread talking about Glass failing to load apps, or just failing to load anything:then the black acreens, the tecnical faults with nothing loading etc etc - we have all been experiencing these issues in varying degrees thesepast few days? My latest was today but it has been daily (and again in evening) for days now. Seems everytime we swithch off it goes again!  What is going on...................

Programs come on but then go off leaving a blank blue screen
