Black screen

Tv is on I can hear talking but keep having a black screen

Does anyone else get blank screen and loading issues/technical issues on Sky glass 65" t.vs??I'm finding this issue very frustrating and no matter how many times I reset and turn the power off it still happens!!! I also have less channels than terrestrial t.v does anyone else suffer from twenty channel syndrome?Please help me lol

I appreciate the reply seems sky are not having much luck these days?so soon after the phone outage 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

For a few weeks now , when I turn the tv on it keeps coming up there is a technical fault , Then a please wait for your programs to load and nothing black screen

Hi 

My children run the PS5 and after a few mins the screen switches from the ps5 to some random advert for an antiques show, same advert everytime. Sky glass 65inch and brand new PS5.

Tried restarting both ps5 and tv, ok for a few mins then happens again. 

Tried tv factory reset, still no joy. Starting to regret switching to sky glass.

Only started doing it about 4 days ago, also my tv sound randomly comes on in the middle of the night. For no reason.

Its getting quite frustraiting.

Any help would be most greatful.

Our Sky Glass tv randomly has the screen going g black but sound continues. If we change channels and go back to the original one the picture returns but it coukd happen several times. How can this be fixed or is there an issue with the tv?

Black screen - I've had no picture now for 4 days, phoned sky twice, first call operator told me to reset picture, worked for a few minutes then went again. Second operator told me it's an issue they're aware of, didn't have a time frame for when it'll be fixed. So frustrating that I'm paying for something I'm not getting!

I'm having the same issue and they just told me that on the phone too, I'm 8.5 months in now far are you into your contract? All I'm being told is to do a factory reset and troubleshoot constantly and to wait 24-48hrs.

have sound no picture sky glass have unplugged from wall cmes back for 3 minutes then picture goes again

Exactly the same is happening to mine I've rebooked it 7-8 times now it was the same yesterday too only had the tv just over a week x

Black screen when I have selected a channel but I can hear the channel playing.

I go onto the TV guide which is fine but when I select a Chanel the screen goes blank

Same here - BLACK screen but still have sound - Apps won't load any programmes either 

WiFi is ok - speed is very good to the tv and no issues anywhere.

wirh so many other customers having the same issue must be server side - HELP sky
