Black screen when I click on program

I am getting menu page with all channels on but no sound and when I click on a program it looks like it takes me there but the screen is blank

Hi @Ted60 

 

Go settings > system > resets & updates > reboot in the first instance.

 

If that doesn't work, power off at the mains, reboot your router, wait for the internet to be come available again, then power your glass back on.

 

If it's still not working, please post more information such as your ISP, broadband speed and speed you glass is getting in Netflix (profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check).
