Re: Line down my screen
Hi @Bazza82
Try powering off and unplugging at the mains for at least 5 minutes. If that doesn't work try leaving it powered off overnight. Issue like that's are often caused by a software glitch and extended power off / reboot can resolve.
However it can be caused by a hardware error. You don't say if this is a Gen 1 or 2 set, however ifan overnight power off hasn't resolved, and you are within warranty you will need to ask sky for a replacement.

Thanks Mikealanr
Should of mentioned that lol
It's a first generation sky glass tv that I've had for over 3 year's now. Tried having it turned off all night already. Will Sky replace or fix?

Re: Line down my screen
Hi @Bazza82
Afraid not as it's out of the 2 year warranty. Sky do have a repair partner (see: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs) however they do not replace the screen. So it all depends where the fault is.
You can call sky and see if they can supply a refurbished model etc but this is likely to be at a cost to you or they will sell you a Gen 2.
