Have checked your broadband speed the sky glass tv 📺 is getting? You can do this by opening Netflix going to help opening that and running check my network and it will tell you what speed the tv is getting. Also how is your tv connected to your Internet ? A ethernet cable is more stable than WiFi also the more devices that you have connected to the Internet the weaker the wifi signal is to each device. To view hd channels sky recommend a minimum of 25mps and to watch in uhd 35mps is the minimum recommend hope this helps you. I have 2 55inch sky glass tvs and a puck. And many other devices. Both tvs are connected with ethernet cables and i have no problems. I am on gigafast broadband 900mps full fibre to the property I am just an customer and this is just my view. I have had sky glass since it first came out

Re: Anyone having issue with sky glass?
I won't be having cables trailing about. I can't watch anything on my sky glass including Netflix at the moment so I'll likely be cancelling my Sky contract as i am paying for a service that is not being delivered. It is a recurring issue now.

Re: Anyone having issue with sky glass?
Yes, lots of issues today. We have gigabit fibre and Sky Glass has a wired connection straight into the router and all other broadband tests are fine. Feels like it's getting buggier as time goes on but we do have an original Sky Glass unit so maybe it's planned obsolescence.

No issues here. All my devices have been working flawlessly. 👍🏻
Router? Two TP-Link Deco BE65’s (v2 / Firmware Version: 1.3.5)

Re: Anyone having issue with sky glass?
No issues, we were actually discussing that if it was as stable as today everyday. UI3.291.1 has made a huge difference.
