Keep being kicked out of programs

Is anyone having an issue with sky glass.

Everytime we turn on a channel, after about a min it kicks us out and goes back to the Home Screen. We Litrally can't watch anything.

We've had lots of issue today trying to watch the 'recording' of the F1. Freezing then the ultra sped up catch up. Then freeze again. Black screen. Tried other channels and they kept asking for PIN which I'd enter then it would exit back to Home Screen.

tried restarting and also a full power down and power up. Still the same.
